  • Where the embassy, consulate, ministry, or other approving authority declines to certify or legalize the documents for any reason.

If your application is cancelled under the conditions described above, the Company will discontinue the requested services. By proceeding, you agree that no refunds, reimbursements, or compensation claims will be available in connection with such cancellation.

Requesting a Cancellation

To cancel a document attestation request, please reach out to your Relationship Executive at the earliest and also write to us at info@goodapostille.com. We will try our best to process your cancellation, as long as the attestation procedure has not already begun. Please note, once the process is underway, cancellation requests cannot be entertained, and service charges may still apply.

Our Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued if Good Apostille Services (G-AS) fails to provide the agreed service. If, for reasons within our control, we are unable to complete the certificate attestation process, you may be entitled to a refund.

Non-Refundable Services
Certain services cannot be refunded under any circumstances, such as:

a) Services that have already been completed or partly carried out before the cancellation request.
b) Costs paid to courier partners, verification agencies, or government/embassy authorities.
c) Expenses for notarization, drafting, translations, or administrative support.
